The customer is the person who ordered and paid for the products.
The recipient is the person specified by the ordering party during the order, and the ordering party can also be the recipient.
All items on Flowershop’s website are considered products.
The invoice is issued in the name of the customer and delivered by e-mail unless otherwise stated.
All prices on Flowershop’s website include value added tax (VAT).
Please note that all payments will be effected in Euro (EUR). If the payment is done using foreign issuers payment cards, total amount of transaction will be converted into bank settlement currency, according to the current exchange rate of Visa/Mastercard.
Flowrshop strives to deliver exactly the same product.
It is possible to replace one or more parts of the arrangement / bouquet (due to the current unavailability of certain flowers at the supplier, when it is not the season of certain flowers, etc.) trying to make the product as similar as possible in image, description and style, but will always be made to order.
Due to seasonal restrictions on flowers and ornamental plant materials, we cannot guarantee availability at all times.
The sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited to persons under 18 years of age.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Payment for products in our online store can be made in one of the following ways: with payment cards – VISA, Maestro or MasterCard that support online payment. Payment of cards is realized in cooperation with AllSecure doo and Hipotekarna banka and is done in a secure and certified way through AllSecure Paimet Gateway, by simply entering data from the payment card.
After entering the card data and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction and is thus approved and introduced into the further process of preparation for delivery. Amounts will be reserved on your cards (account) and will not be available for any other purpose.
The transaction will be completed and the amount deducted from your account only when the products are prepared for transport and handed over to the courier service. In the event that the payment is not completed, ie the amount is not deducted from the account by the expiration of 14 days from the acceptance of YOUR order, that order will be canceled and deleted. After the 14-day period expires, the money is reserved in your account, released and will be available to you again. You can then repeat the same or a new order and make a payment related to them.
Check with the bank issued by the card that your card supports online payment.
DATA PROTECTION WHEN PAYING
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via public networks in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocols, using the most modern methods of tokenization of sensitive data and in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. At no time is the payment card information available to the merchant.

All merchants who use AllSecure Paiment Gateway are automatically included in 3D-Secure protection, which guarantees customers the safety of the purchase. Customer payment card numbers are not stored in the store system and the registration itself contains SSL data encryption.
PCI DSS Standards – AllSecure Paiment Gateway is constantly complying with all the requirements of card organizations in order to connect the level of security of merchants and customers. From 2005 until today, without interruption, the system has been certified as PCI-DSS Level 1, which is the highest standard in the industry. The PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is a standard that defines the necessary security measures when processing, storing and transmitting sensitive card data. PCI Standards contains sensitive data on user cards throughout the payment process: from the moment of entering data at the merchant’s point of sale, during communication between the store and relevant banks and card organizations, as well as later storage of this data.
The order is valid from the moment of payment received. After the order, the customer receives a confirmation e-mail with all the above information, as well as payment information.
The order can be changed within 30 minutes, within our working hours by e-mail or phone. Under the change of the order, it is considered a change of the text in the message to the recipient, a change of the recipient’s data, address, etc.
The ordering party must pay attention to the correctness when filling out the order form, and especially to the name, surname and address of the recipient.
The Law on Consumer Protection regulates the cancellation of an order.
The order can be canceled before it is delivered, ie. before the product (bouquet, arrangement, etc.) is made. The request for cancellation of the order should be sent by the customer in writing, via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the case of a refund to a customer who has previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the refund, this refund is made exclusively through the same VISA, Maestro or MasterCard card used for payment. This means that our bank will, at our request, refund the funds to the cardholder’s account.
Flowershop is obliged to deliver the product / s to the recipient on a certain day. We deliver after confirmation of payment.
Delivery is made in accordance with the working hours specified in the footer.
The delivery area is all cities in Montenegro.
Apart from the recipient, the flowers can be picked up by any other person at the recipient’s address, if they wish.
Delivery to hospitals, offices and hotels is possible, but with the relevant information, full name, address, room number, name or office number, working hours.
If it is not possible to reach the recipient, the flowers are handed over to an official or a person at the specified address (eg in a hospital nurse, receptionist in a hotel, family members, etc.).
Delivery shall be deemed to have been effected at the time when the consignee, the person at that address or the official person takes delivery of the delivered product.
Delivery is not possible under the following conditions: the recipient refuses the shipment, incorrect information about the recipient, the recipient is not at the address, force majeure.
If we cannot fulfill the delivery for any reason, we will contact the customer and agree on further steps.
The trader is responsible for material defects of the product in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Obligations.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our service or product, please contact us to resolve the issue to our mutual satisfaction.

Violation of this prohibition results in an infringement of intellectual property rights and may lead to the initiation of several types of legal proceedings.
The Basic Court in Podgorica is competent for all legal disputes that may arise.
Flowershop reserves the right to revoke or change the terms of these terms of business at any time, so we advise you to check the terms before you intend to use the online store.
Flowershop is not responsible for the inability to use the services of an online store caused by force majeure, nor for the damage caused by circumstances that are considered force majeure.
